Convenience. - Option to rent bike or car. - Options to travel back to certain country if some of y’all didn’t come prepared. - Walking distance to nearly everything. Centre of attraction. - snacks if lazy to travel outside. - laundry services

Honestly everything was great till we got the room in the highest floor “4th floor” (stairs up only). Another thing is they only provide hot shower in the ground floor. which you have to go 4 flights down and up. But they do have bathrooms in each floor (without hot shower).

"What's not to like?"

Honestly, for the price you are paying, what's not to like? The place is quiet, peaceful and has scooters for rent all day. It is right next to a 24-hour convenience store and in the heart of Hat Yai. Beds are comfortable and the aircon makes you doubt that you are even in a humid country.

The WiFi is only strong at level 1. The WiFi at other levels is pretty meagre and better off not be used.

"Change the mattress please!"

The location is good, the staff speaks English very good, the rooms are nice, great for overnight stay but nothing more.

The worst bunk bed mattress in my life, I woke up with the pain in my back. The mattress are so thin
