"Pleasant"

- 3 minutes walking distance to convenience stores such as 7eleven, lotus, mini big C. - foodcourt nearby for locals' price rate

- Family room located at 2nd floor, only accessible by stairs, not suitable for family with elders. Washroom at ground floor, not very convenient in my opinion. - Road quite narrow. E-hailing cars had hard time to adjust and reverse.

"I would choose something else"

In the room have been very bad smell of moister Mosquitos and no protection provided Otherwise outside was clean

"Worth every penny"

The owner is very polite, kindhearted and can communicate freely in English. I'm allowed to check-in earlier and he even allowed me to stay until evening after checkout at the lobby and return the access card to me if I want to go out to buy lunch or whatever. The location very strategic, 7E is just 3 minutes walking distance. All facilities are complete like a fully furnished house. They even have rental services with a cheapest price possible. Surely will repeat and brings my family and friends.
