Sangchan hostel

Amazing! Super clean and roomy, just enough showers, really good vibe and the owner Nui was one of the nicest guys I ever met. Great place

El dueño es encantador, resolutivo y profesional. Lo tiene todo muy bien organizado y limpio, tiene servicio de lavandería antes d las 11 de la mañana y te entrega la ropa limpia por la noche.

La única pega que le pondría es que no tiene aire acondicionado,por lo menos en algunas habitaciones, se de otras que si pagas algo extra si hay en la habitación. Aunq para mí personalmente no fue un problema, porque había un ventilador grande en la habitación y uno en cada cama lo cual estabas agusto para dormir.

I really liked this hostel. It's clean, the beds are practical with enough space and hangers and lockers, there are enough bathrooms (5 on the lower level), there is a common seating area outside on the veranda with water, coffee, tea and crackers. Good location, just off the main street, but still calm.

Two minor things to consider: The seats in the common area are a bit uncomfortable and sometimes there aren't enough. There's no air conditioning in the rooms between 11 am and 5pm, but most people are at the beach anyways, so not too bad.

Nice hostel just off walking street. The owner was friendly and around all the time which was nice. Complimentary coffee and cookies. Booked the 3 bed female dorm. Beds very comfortable and appreciated being able to move to a lower bunk after 3 nights. No hot water except in downstairs shower area, but didnt bother me. Great location and very little noise from outside. There are loads of places to stay here but this is a good budget option. The owner is a cat lover. Several lovelly cats at the hostel.

Wifi wasnt great. Kept going off. Communial area very busy. Not really large enough for number of guests. However there is a nice balcony on 2nd floor.
