"Well located but not the comfiest"

Good location. Slightly back from the chaos of the Sairee beach area but easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Spacious room

Very smelly drains, room always smelt of damp and sewage when entering. We had a twin room and one bed was nice and soft and the other super hard and uncomfortable. Would be better to use the same mattresses.

The location is good, close to many nice restaurants or cafes. The option to rent a scooter from the hotel is a plus.

The smell from the bathroom was a lot. Also, no proper place to dry the clothes - it’d be good to have a drying rack outside the room.
