Lokalizacja fajna, obsługa w sumie ok.

warunki średnie, nic w opisie nie było wspomniane o plamie na suficie. Niedziałającej lampce przy łóżku czy opadającej desce klozetowej plus zmrodzię w łaziece w której niedomykają się drzwi. Ja rozumiem że cena jest zachęcająca do rezerwacji. Ale przynajmniej kilka z wymienionych rzeczy warto poprawić. A jeszcze bardziej człowiek będzie chciał tam wrócić. Bo po takim czymś raczej nie skorzystałabym po raz drugi.

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo wygodny materac, ładna tapeta w kąciku za łóżkiem, czysta pościel.

Przy takiej kwocie można spodziewać się lepszego standardu. I nie chodzi o nie wiadomo jakie udogodnienia. Łazienka niestety wyglądała gorzej niż na dworcach sprzed 20 lat (Chociaż prysznic był odświeżony - za to plusik). Wszystko "z innej parafii", co kawałek inna podłoga, firanki powieszone niedbale, na ścianach i suficie ślady kilku punktowych malowań, brudne okna. Takiego stanu rzeczy nie wybroni nawet nazwa "Retro". W aneksie kuchennym nie działała lodówka. Nie trzeba wiele, żeby to jakoś wyglądało, ale przy takich warunkach ta cena jest jak z kosmosu.

Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Pomimo że przyjechałyśmy samochodem, to poruszanie się autem po Krakowie przerosło nas, na szczęście do autobusów i tramwajów było bliziutko. Dodatkowym plusem był parking należący do obiektu, więc nie trzeba było martwić się o zostawienie auta na czas zwiedzania.

Dość głośno, ponieważ w niewielkiej odległości była większa ulica.

In general, it's important to understand that you're booking a hostel room with a private bathroom in the center of Krakow for just 30 euros (!) Don't expect a five-star hotel. Yes, it's clear the hostel hasn't been renovated in a while. I stayed in a single room, but since my colleague also booked a single room upstairs, I can say his room was better (it seemed renovated). The main advantage of the hostel is the location. You can easily walk to the Old Town and Wawel Castle across the river. Right outside the hostel is a bus stop, which takes 25 minutes to the airport. The tram stop for the train station or the Old Town is 3 minutes away. The bus stop for Wieliczka is also 3 minutes away. My room wasn't very spacious, but there was a shelf for my stuff, a clothes hanger, a vanity table, and a chair. The mattress in the bed was comfortable for me, and the bed was just the right size for me, a tall person. There's soap by the sink in the bathroom. The shared facilities include a balcony with a table overlooking the courtyard and a kitchen with a refrigerator. The kitchen also has a coffee machine (with coffee!), which is a nice touch. A 24-hour convenience store is three minutes away. WiFi is good. Communication with the staff was seamless. If I ever need to visit Krakow again, I would consider staying at this hostel.

I really didn't like the toilet, as the lid wouldn't stay in place, making it very difficult for a man to use the restroom. Holding it with your back was also a bit of a hassle (my colleague didn't have this problem in his room). The faucet seals need replacing, as it drips constantly, which is annoying at night. You can hear the highway, but I used earplugs. The windows face east, so the sun wakes you up in the morning with both light and warmth. The bed: the pillow is tolerable, but the blanket is very small (either your feet or your shoulders up to your elbows get cold... the nights were still chilly in May). It seems to me that the issues of plumbing, opaque curtains on the entire window and a comfortable blanket are solvable.

Łazienka z lat 70. Zasłonka pod prysznicem i urywająca się słuchawka. Pościel i sam pokój czuć smrud. Jak by pleśń gdzieś była, stechlizna z pościeli.
