I stay at room Gading at the 1st floor and it is noisy everytime when people walking. 1 of the sink at the 1st floor is stuck and it look a bit disgusting. I dont have the photo of the sink.

No windows in the room
FRWe were glad we’ve booked this hostel in Kuching. It’s in the best street of the city. The staff is kind and helpfull. The rooftop is nice becauae it was raining when we’ve stayed there. Comfortable room!
IRThe guy at the reception was accommodating and friendly. The premises' security seemed fine. There were many brochures and maps with information about the attractions and places. They provided nice and clean slippers to walk on the premises for hygiene purposes.
Lack of 24-hour reception. The breakfast was minimal and not fabulous. Shared bathroom hygiene was not good, and the swimming pool was out of order. The room has no windows. Later on, I noticed that they mention a room with windows if a room has one, but having windows is not an option or privilege, and lack of them is a negative point. Every room normally has a window. Therefore, they should mention rooms without windows for those that do not have them. The blanket was skinny and not effective while the AC was on.

USRooms and common areas were rundown and dirty. I had to wait at the locked front door for 10 min because there was no one at the desk when I went to check in. Breakfast is just toast & bananas, and the kitchen is not well kept (sink clogged, ants in food, etc.). The entire bathroom in my room was completely wet when I checked in. The walls are thin and it’s right on a busy street so quite noisy. They only give you 1 small, thin blanket for the bed, no quilt or duvet/comforter, and I was cold at night. I ended up switching hotels after 1 night because of my disappointing stay.
MYBDBDIt was great staying in this boutique hotel. Very clean, calm and homely environment. The property in charge is extraordinarily great. Very helpful and good English speaker. All sorts of travel guides are available to plan any trip. Shared bathrooms are clean, odorless and there is provision of hot shower as well. Hotel premise is very secure. There is luggage storage and reading lounge.
I missed egg in breakfast menu.
