Ok experience, broken beds, dirty bathrooms, poor door locks and a tiny kitchen. Roof terrace was great and location was good for attractions

It was clean, in a good location in the city, it seemed new, but there were three unacceptable issues. First, the bathroom smelled really bad, even though it was clean. We were in room number 3, which was in the common room. From 11 pm onwards, people were talking loudly and we couldn't sleep. The noise came into the room and we couldn't sleep at all for those two nights. I had to message the hotel manager many times. On the last day, I used the kitchen and washed the dishes I had used, but a German traveler who wanted to use those dishes came to our room door and rudely said, "You've washed the dishes well, come wash them again." Why do the hostel staff allow a traveler to come to the door of another traveler's room and try to warn them? This is not a common practice in hotels and hostels, it is not part of the standards, and it doesn't make me feel safe.
