GOLDEN POSITION IN THE CITY! Literally 2 minutes on foot from Kazimierz, 10 minutes from the Old Town and the Castle, and a good position also to get to and from the airport. The place was super clean, there were discount coupons to eat in the area, a kitchenette we could use with free coffee and tea, free towels (very rare!) and hair dryers, and it was quiet at night except for cars passing by from time to time. The bathroom too was very clean, and the temperature was ideal. I could also leave my luggage for free after checkout to explore some more before taking the plane. There was also a lovely terrasse.

The WiFi didn't work very well despite there being 3 servers, and I had to use my own data. Also some power sockets in my room didn't work. It'd been nice to have a little shelf to put my stuff on next to my bed (like glasses, pills or other little objects). There wasn't an elevator, which wasn't too much of a problem for me, but if someone has a big luggage or has troubles walking that's not ideal. At the reception there was a sign saying "the reception hours changed" but no indication of the actual times.

Мястото е чудесно, лесно го открихме. Наблизо има много магазини и заведения. Имаше общи части с предложени различни удобства като сешоар, ютия и т.н. Момичетата от персонала бяха мили и усмихнати.

Стаята не беше особено голяма. Банята също. Освен това явно имат проблем с мухъл в банята и имаше неприятни петна. Имаше какво да се желае от чистотата. След къпане в банята се получаваше локва, заплашваща да прелее. Водата се оттича бавно.
