The room itself was good. It wasn’t very spacious, but it had enough room and was comfortable for our stay.

When we arrived, we had to wait about an hour to check in as there was no one at reception. There was also a weird smell when entering the building, which wasn’t very welcoming. Once the staff arrived, they had to bring each guest to their room individually, so there was more waiting each time as there was no one else available to assist.
