We arrived at Lucknow in the early morning doing an overnight train journey from Varanasi. As we were to stay there only for ten hours and leave at night by bus, we booked one bunk bed to leave our stuff and freshen up. The staff was very helpful and let us check in early. The cleanliness of the place and the maintenance is top-notch. The stuffs are really cooperative though communicating in English with them is a bit challenging. We loved the small self-help kitchen they have and the small fridge with cold water on this hot and humid day was a blessing. The view from the terrace is nice and if you look a bit to the left you can see the sunset.

There is no elevator, so the stairs to the fourth floor might kill you on a hot and humid day if you have a heavy backpack or luggage. The air conditioning of the rooms is turned off during the daytime and as the property is on the top floor it gets pretty hot out there in the later part of the day.

Staff were lovely and friendly

Wonderful rooftop terrace with a great view of Lucknow. Good facilities, nice hot shower and well stocked tea hut.

A/C was only on between 11pm and 6am, which makes the room unbearably hot in the day if you’re from the West. Also the lobby was slightly cheesy.

I love the behaviour n it's peaceful place ❣️n the environment is nice 👍👌

Nothing in specific

Bad location, no proper board outside, pan stains all over the staircase of the building, it's located on the fourth floor and there's no lift, lack of food options nearby
