Friendly staff The terrasse Quite place Perfect for a break in lucknow !

Close to the airport.

The hostel is located on the fourth floor without an elevator. They did not accept payment by card even though that wasn't mentioned in the policy on booking.com. The room was very far from clean, quite frankly disgusting. They don't even change the sheets or pillowcases in between people. I saw someone check out, and when housekeeping came, they only fluffed up the pillow, but nothing was changed for the new person checking in. The bathroom was too dirty to use. Very badly insulated. There was extremely loud music nearby going on until about 5am. The windows were shaking and making noise with every beat. I don't understand all the positive reviews about this place.

It's cheap.

It's on 4th floor and no lift. It's a task to carry your luggage upstairs. Not safe for girls as the locality is pathetic and there's a shady spa just one floor below. The whole building is dirty.

It's affordable for stay and will meet your expectations for this price range

However I found few issues regarding the washroom cleaninnise and the dorm cleanliness as well

Spent 2 months in India and this is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. Very clean, comfy mattress, big bathroom, outside terrace, helpful staff.

All are good expect that steps .. but they already infirmed about these steps Rooms located in fourth floor and need to uses steps .. but its good and place also nice
