Good heating and nice balcony.

The toilet was really dirty.

The flat's location is excellent, a mere stone's throw from cafes/ restaurants, the main square, the Billa supermarket, the Historic Old Town and buses to the station. Despite being on a busy sidestreet, little noise entered the room. The flat consists of 4 double rooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers and a kitchen - our neighbours were respectful, so internal flat noise was limited. Check-in - key box 'n' code - was straightforward. I look forward to returning next year.

1/ In our case. no towels were provided - a normal occurrence? 2/ The owner(s) need to invest in large quantities of cheapish, low-quality crockery and cutlery; no doubt thefts are infuriating - even during our 10-day stay, a bowl and 2 cups disappeared - but they are a regrettable fact of hostel life. As it stands, the four rooms have at their disposal lots of glasses, about 12 forks, 6 knives, 3 plates, no cups, no bowls and ...one spoon, which resurfaced after a 4-day absence ...
