"sugadino viešnagę apgyvendinimo įstaiga, turėjau skubiai ieškoti viešbučio"

Atvykus gruodžio mėnesį šildymas buvo išjungtas, visur pelėsis, kambario temperatūra buvo 9C, naktį atvykus nebuvo pasirinkimo, teko miegoti su rūbais, skambinau šeimininkui, tai jis žinojo problemą, kad šildymo sistema neveikia, bet nuomoja kambarius vis vien, buvau užsakęs dvi nakvynes, po vienos iškentėtos nakties prašiau bent pinigus grąžinti už antrą nakvynę, kuria jau nebesinaudosiu, bet pinigų negrąžino. Nesuvokiu, kaip tokios įstaigos reklamuojasi Booking puslapyje!
