Clean and modern Nice staff

Lack of information from staff on how to turn hot shower water on (we had a family room with private bathroom) -staff took our feedback well Too basic breakfast (quality should be improved)

Très bonne auberge, très propre et récente ! Cuisine bien aménagée, petit déjeuner compris simple mais copieux avec jus d orange préssé.... Parfait pour rencontrés d autres voyageurs... Ils sont entrain de construire une extension au logement. Bien situé pas très loin des cascades et à 15min. à pied du terminal et du marché. Je recommande à 100%

Qu une salle de bain et un toillette pour les dortoirs.

The hotel is super new and so beautiful, the installations are amazing, the personal was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious 🤤

There is no way to pay by Card, you need to inform the guests about this when you are booking, because not everyone has money in cash to pay for the stay, please improve this. The hostel is 15 minutes walking from the centre city

Super hostel. Très bon accueil. On nous donne plein de conseils sur les choses à visiter aux alentours et ils s'arrangent pour que l'on puisse partager les taxis avec les autres guests pour les excursions en dehors de la ville. Les dortoirs sont confortables, avec seulement 3 ou 4 lits par chambre. Les serviettes sont fournies gratuitement. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus. Une cuisine est à disposition.

Los cuartos son chiquitos pero bonitos, tienen un buen sistema para guardar las cosas. El personal fue super amable.

Lo único que podría criticar es que solamente hay 2 baños y una ducha, pero lo demás todo bien.

Tasty and nice presented breakfast (2eggs, croissant, fresh orange juice, marmolade, coffee) Very cosy and clean rooms Hot showers Very well equipped and clean kitchen Lovely and friendly stuff Amazing location, bus stops just in front Beautiful tarase with the view on the volcano

My locker was outside of the room They could give butter instead of margarine with breakfast

Très chouette auberge, située à 15 minutes à pieds du centre d'Otavalo. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux.

Les chambres sont très petites.
