Everything it was just right the hospitality is second to none the breakfast was beautiful the beds comfortable and the showers are nice and hot 🔥 beautiful surroundings and amazing views 💜🙏💜🙏

A great place to start trips to the lagunas, go to the market or relax at the terrace with a great view and hang out with other travelers. The fresh orange juice for breakfast is amazing and the staff is super nice and caring :)

The Traveller Hostel was incredible and the best bang for your buck you will find anywhere in Otavalo! We booked the family room so that we could have extra space and it was far more spacious and comfortable than my partner and I were expecting. Our main window looked out into the mountains and it was beautiful to watch the sun set over them each evening of our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and we never got sick of it in all the four mornings we stayed there! It is only a fifteen minute walk to the Otavalo markets and very easy to follow directions to getting to. There are several restaurants within a couple minute walk and a bank only a few minutes away with international ATM access. The staff were very hospitable and helped us with all our requests and queries. My partner and I were having difficulties setting up our Sim Cards and the receptionist gave up thirty minutes of his time to speak with the Spanish telephone operator in order to help us. He was so kind that he refused to accept our tip that we offered him for all his help. My partner also fell temporarily sick during our stay and required a doctor. The second receptionist gave up her time to book the appointment in for my partner and even walked us over to make sure we got there safe. Absolutely incredible service and I cannot recommend the Traveler’s hostel enough for your upcoming stay in Otavalo!!

Cannot find one negative things to say about this place. Our experience here was absolutely delightful!

The staff make the difference in this hostel. They are attentive, available and make the effort to ensure their guest have the best experience, tours in the area and info for further travel. Great common areas, tour organizing board to bring travellers together and the breakfast was great. Facilities are clean and modern.

A new looking hostel that offers a clean environment, a great kitchen and an excellent breakfast. The dorm room was spacious and not overcrowded, the bathroom was quite big, clean, and offered hot water. The rooftop terrace is quite nice to relax, have a cigarette and enjoy the view of the city. The staff was very helpful and helped us get our sim card working. The hostel is located at around 10-15 minutes walking from the city centre.
