TW糟糕的經驗。 首先，我在入住前發了三次訊息（三個月、一個月、一周前）詢問有關如何抵達住宿與城際交通的問題，以及洗衣機的有無，全部都被「無視」（會這麼說是因為中間旅館有傳入住提醒的訊息給我，卻完全無視我的問題），感覺極其不友善、不尊重。 抵達旅館後，櫃檯小哥說booking訊息不歸他管，他也不知道是什麼情況（荒謬）。另外小哥雖然很熱心，但做事沒有條理，一直不在狀況內。我訂的明明是單人間，結果晚上入住時他才一副理所當然的樣子告訴我「鎖壞掉了不能鎖」，那這樣請問我訂單人間有什麼意義？在我強烈反映之後，他甚至跟我說「單人間本來就沒有一定會附鎖」、「如果要可以鎖的房間應該先跟他說」，簡直聞所未聞。後來交涉半天他才好不容易給了我一間能上鎖的房間...... 另外整個旅館的衛生跟硬體設備維護狀況不佳，雖然不到無法使用的程度，但有愧於其價格。
BRUm dos melhores que já fiquei. Muito bem localizado e com um staff sempre muito prestativo, disposto a ajudar e extremamente simpático. Voltaria mil vezes.
