This guest house is really close to the center so great, maximum 30 minutes to every tourist place. Train station and bus station is close. Comunication with the owner was very fast, he responds to every question like to maximum 15 minutes. There is a public bathroom and kitchen, bathroom is simple but it does its work. Water heating works. Kitchen has salt, sugar and all other kitchen utensils like frying pan, a lot of bowls and glass cups. Place is equipped with cameras on the inside and on the outside. Besides that it's in the kapana center, room is quiet. There was an AC in our room and worked perfectly fine. I would reccomend everyone who want to visit Plovdiv. Thank you

Just maybe that the cutlery was sticky and not washed but this is fault of hosts not the owner.

Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Price was the best. Check-in was good.

Smell was disgusting and I am not sure what caused it…Bathrooms were as for the price(would not enter without slippers even when taking a shower)

Location is excellent and price is unbeatable. Don't expect anything amazing but perfectly sufficient. The location is excellent and easy to check in. Comms were prompt and clear. Again though, it's a very basic hostel which is what you should expect for the price. I had a bicycle with me and was satisfied that it was safe in the yard. If you're a bikepacker I'd also mention there are a couple of bike shops nearby that can assist with repairs but don't rely on googles opening hours.
