EXCELLENT PLACE AND OLIVER IS THE BEST HOST AT THIS HOTEL!

Automated checkin is really convenient - you just get a code and it's the code to everything including your room. The whole place is somewhat a mix between a hotel and hostel, but the common areas are very spacious, well thought-through and clean. E.g. there are communal showers, but they lock. No issues with opening the window as said in some previous reviews - the window opens fine :) Location is fantastic, especially now that the whole harbour area was renovated and is really pretty.

Some more furniture in the room would make a whole difference. Even staying two nights, having to live out of your suitcase is not the best experience.

Good location, nice space and facilities. The kitchen has all basic features if someone wanna have breakfast or light meal. Cool automated system.

The room was too bright, the curtains didn't help much. The noise cancelation wasn't good, i could hear the man next door singing and playing music the whole night. The bathrooms' sewage was totally jammed so water went everywhere on the floor. The toilets weren't cleaned properly. There isn't staff available so I couldn't ask for help with internet connection which didn't work during the time i stayed.

Clean and very quiet. I could easily walk from the ferry port.

No contact hostel, so I couldn’t get any information about the city or tour at the hostel.

The room and bathroom facilities were really clean and nice. Although it was a shared bathroom, there was enough privacy that it didnt feel like I was sharing the space with other people. Location was convenient if you want to be located next to the ferry service that takes you to Helsinki or Stockholm.

The room was very hot, as there was only one window that opended. Also the room had no TV and lack of art on the wall. So it did not feel very homely. Also the keypad to enter the pin to enter the room had issues on multiple occasions. Although the hotel is close by to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, it is still a 15/20 mins walk from the old town. The lack of a reception also didnt help as you could not ask for more towels, recommendations or any other sort of questions.

The kitchen should be equipped with cookware, utensils, knives, spoons, and forks that backpackers can use for cooking. There should be separate bins for biowaste, mixed waste, and recyclables such as cans and glass bottles. Additionally, disposable slippers should be provided in the rooms.

The toilets was not clean for the 1st night/day. The bathrooms flood when showering it's like there is some blockage
