"Kommunikation über Problematik beim Einchecken nicht erfolgt"

Sauber, nettes Personal, gute Lage

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Nur zum Schlafen. Ständig hat ein Rauchmelder nachts gepiepst, mehrfach, laut!!! Niemand an der Rezeption. Personal geht um 20:00 Uhr. Durchschlafen unmöglich. Morgens beim auschecken an der Rezeption erklärte man uns daß das Problem schon Mittags am Tag davor bekannt war. Es würde dann heute ... behoben werden. Beim Einchecken sagte man uns nichts davon!!! Wir hatten das Zimmer lediglich gebucht, um einen nächtlichen Zwischenstopp von Kroatien nach Deutschland zu haben. Gechillt und ausgeschlafen die weitere Autofahrt zu meistern. War halt nicht...Schade! Auch keine Wiedergutmachung...nur eine verbale Entschuldigung.
