Attitude of two russian refugees. They were working there, but behave like owners.

The hostel boasts a perfect location, just a short walk away from the main city attractions, great shops, and lovely cafes. The transport accessibility is fantastic, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Unlike many standard hostels, this place has a charming vintage interior. The beautiful paintings on the walls, cozy floor lamps, and elegant mirrors create a wonderful, home-like atmosphere where you can truly relax. A special highlight is the beautiful hidden courtyard garden, filled with blooming flowers and thuja trees. It is a peaceful oasis where you can sit at a table in the shade and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy throughout my stay. A huge thank you to the staff! They speak excellent English and Russian, and their hospitality was top-notch. They kindly answered all my questions and gave me some amazing local recommendations that made my trip even better. I highly recommend this place!

The staff were friendly and spoke both Russian and English. The hotel is conveniently located, and everything was excellent.

The location was quite good

The host was super disrespectful. He barely answered to questions, and mostly ignored me. When I said good morning or something, he'd just stare at me and not reply at all. He seemed not to be the main host but a helper, but I've never felt so unwelcome in a hostel. On top of that, the facility was very dirty and falling apart. The bedsheets smelled awful. Overall, one of the worst hostel experiences I've had.
