Lantia Rooftop House

Lovely room, very comfortable, great shower, very helpful lady on Whatsapp. Perfect location near the Charco which has lots of restaurants and coffee places

An outside table would have been nice and a clothes rack to air the towels

The location was perfect, the room was clean and looked beautiful. I loved the terrace where you could enjoy the sun. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was an absolute highlight.

Great central location for Arrecife, nice and clean apartment, plenty of thought had gone into the detail. Kitchen fine and well equipped (but see * below). Useful laundry room in which we were able to keep our rental bikes. Lovely hot tub on the roof.

The entrance & room codes were a little fiddly (until we’d got used to them) and there was one anxious moment when a wrong code could have locked our luggage inside the apartment as we were due to leave for the airport. The safe didn’t work as per the instructions, but a safe key was left instead. We didn’t get any towels changed until this was requested, and had to buy extra coffee pods for the machine, (which we left for others to use). But these are relatively minor issues and it was a lovely stay in a well-maintained apartment and we’d stay again.

Super comfortable bed and good cushions. Good location and value for the money. Kitchen well equipped. I like lights in bedroom

I was quite disappointed there was no bin for recycling
