La amabilidad y disposición de los dueños. Está en el mismo centro histórico, donde está la mayoría de sitios de interés de Asunción.

Al precio hay que sumarle el costo del estacionamiento que es solo nocturno.

Freundlichkeit u Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin. Handtücher u Pflegeprodukte, relativ ruhig. Keine WG, eher wie ein Motel. Großer Kühlschrank, keine Tierchen

Ein ganz klares NO GO, wenn bei 44°C die Klimaanlage zwar läuft, aber nicht kühlt. Meine Vorgänger müssen dies schon bemängelt haben, weil ein Standventilator im Zimmer war. Sehr kleines Bad, alte Schrottplatzmöbel, unbequeme Betten, alles alt und heruntergekommen, die Küche war eher zum Abgewöhnen. Investition u Reparatur sind Fremdwörter. Für mich ganz klar, nicht noch einmal für dieses Geld.

Basic, cheap and cheerful room within easy walking distance of Plaza Uruguaya. Nice and quiet location. Gabriella was very helpful and accommodating, she even sent helpful info once we checked in. The weather was very hot while we were there, but the air conditioning and fan kept us cool. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby where you can purchase food etc if you wish. Evidently the one next to Plaza Uruguaya was the first supermarket in Asuncion.

There was nothing really negative. Just that if you do have any mobility issues, be aware that like many places in Paraguay there are some steps to climb to get into the building.
