Unity Hostel Budapest

the kitchen and common rooms where nice and the terrace upstairs was lovely. also perfect location in the town.

the mattress was very thin basically slept on the floor. Not all the plugs work and if your in room four there’s no AC and the light switch is on the outside of the room. the building is very run down and the stair lights don’t turn on so pitch black. and the lift is extremely old ive never seen anything like it

Good kitchen facilities and very big room all to ourselves. Nice little terrace.

They did not have any toiletries in place. The location was a bit spooky - inside a desolate building.

Room was ready for us even before the official check-in hour, which was super convenient. The contact with Krisztina was also very pleasant.

At arrival we were warmy welcomed by Kristina, she explained everything to us. She gave us discount for breakfast in the bistro that I suppose she owns and I actually highly recommend it, we couldn’t choose better and I really mean it. Hostel is clean, bathroom quite comfortable, room has air condition so it was a relief from hot weather. Beds are very comfortable (and my back is sensitive). Amazing small shared terrace with good view. We didn’t use the kitchen so I cannot say much about it, but looked well equipped. I didin’t see iron in hostel equipment but when I asked cleaning lady for it she found it for me. Hostel is very good located. Overall we were really pleased to stay there :)

It was hard to find the hostel. We, first went to correct place and called the ring called "Hostel" but the person who answered forwarded us to somewhere else.

Perfect location, nice view from the roof terrace, friendly people. Clean.

There were some workers in the building that would access the kitchen/ toilet. When walking upstairs the wood makes a lot of noise.
