La atención muy buena!!! La cercanía de la gente y la sensación de familiaridad de todas las personas hacen del hospedaje una experiencia muy agradable. Vicente es un plus... es un amor! Gracias por cuidarlo, no ha de ser fácil por su naturaleza. Pero es un ser que da alegría y ternura a la estancia 💜💜 Las instalaciones son muy cómodas.

All the staff, common areas and food were really good. Lots of birds around and the location is in the park which is nice.

I think if you stay in any other room you’ll have a really good stay, but unfortunately the double rooms with the shared bathroom were disappointing. The room had no shelves or anything to it, the bed is tiny and has a huge dip in the middle so for two people it’s very uncomfortable. The net for the bed also was too small so it’s in your face constantly. The main issue for me was the bathrooms, the shower is actually fine but the sink tap is broken, there is a sink near the restaurant but there isn’t any hand soap at either of these which I found unhygienic (I did ask and they gave some for one time but it didn’t appear again). Choose to stay in the better rooms and you’ll have a great time but the double rooms are very uncomfortable.

Il signor Manuel è molto gentile e sempre disponibile, come il resto dello staff. La cucina è molto buona anche se non molto varia

Le stanze private sono comunque adiacenti e con pareti solo fino a due metri alle altre camere quindi zero privacy

El espacio que tienen para disfrutar del Tayrona, relajarse y compartir con otros viajeros es increíble. Muy recomendado Zirumake.

Zirumake no es solo un hostel, es una experiencia. Recomiendo 100% alojarse aquí para visitar el Tayrona. El sonido de los animales, toda la vegetación, las personas... todo es genial. El desayuno está buenísimo y los jugos de fruta natural que hacen tambien. Me sentí en casa.

Ótima localização com chalé charmoso e equipe bastante atenciosa.

Falta de banho com água quente e café da manhã muito simples para as delícias que existem na Colômbia.

Der Park war offiziell geschlossen und das Hotel hat uns komplett geghostet. Wir haben sowohl über booking als auch über WhatsApp, worüber wir vorher noch Kontakt hatten, um Auskunft und Stornierung gebeten, aber keinerlei Antwort bekommen. Es war uns nicht möglich ins Hotel zu gelangen. Letztendlich musste das über Booking geklärt werden. Denen gegenüber wurde angegeben, das Hotel wäre überbucht. Wirklich schade, denn uns war klar, dass das Hotel nichts für die Schließung konnte, aber eine Reaktion hätten wir erwartet.
