The reception desk is open from 07:30 -22:00. Guests who arrive out of the service hours must pay a deposit and leave their passport with the night watch. The hotel will proceed to check-in guests from 07:30 the next day. --- Please provide your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking,if not, the hostel will only keep the room until 18:00. If you do not arrive before 18:00,the hostel keeps the right to cancel the booking, you can also email or call the reception to delay your arrival. --- The hostel only provides towels and slippers. Free toiletries are not provided. --- Please kindly note that credit card will be only used to guarantee the reservation while payment in cash is required upon check-in. --- Please note that only CNY cash、Alipay are accepted upon check-in. --- Allergic guests may be aware of the cats on site.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property reserves the right to release the room after 18:00 on the day of check-in. Guests planning to arrive after this time should contact the property directly. The property's contact info can be found in the confirmation email. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
