This place is amazing! The setting is stunning, the building is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean. Ruth is also the most lovely host and made me feel so ar home - she cooked two delicious meals which were perfect after long days of hiking. Thank you La Finca Lorena!!

Everything. The place is beautiful, it’s super clean, new and very very cosy. The common area is amazing, with hammocks and the nice garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook. And the lady Ruth at the reception was really lovely with me during my stay. Even if you have to walk 10 min from the main road, it worth is as the place is really quiet at night and you don’t hear the noise from the road. Unfortunately I could stayed only one night but I would have loved to stay longer.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Arrived at finca late, I came dying the low season so I was the only person there. As someone with very little Spanish and having been dropped off in the woods by a motor taxi across a river. (they're safe don't worry). I was a little skeptical and thinking "where the hell am I". I was quickly brought to my dorm room, no one was there - after coming from parting in Cali this was needed. I basically paid £9 or 45,000 pesos for a private ensuite Gonzalo looked after me and we had conversations through Google translate. He was so accommodating. Doing laundry, being attentive with delicious food. I would most certainly come back again. Remember to being cash - as most places in Tayrona take cash only. La Fonda were very accommodating and took care and so did Tayrona entrance I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is the essence on tranquil

Everything was perfect, great service at a really good price

We loved it! Remote and quiet location, very private and beautiful surroundings. Very clean and comfortable and great food prepared by the host. For that price awesome value!

Only an AC would be nice and the way to the location with luggage is a bit tricky

The location in the middle of the woods with a nice, well maintained garden. Everything was quite new. I could leave my luggage there to stay one night at Tyrona park. You can either prepare food yourself in the kitchen or the staff prepares some for you. Be aware that for the location in the woods it’s about a 10 minute walk from the main road and the way there is not straight forward but with google maps was no problem to get there

- way to the house is a bit longer from the street, need to cross a small bridge over the river

This finca is very nice. It’s in the middle of the forest. We stayed there two nights and they even cleaned the room. When we arrived late in the night the waited for us and brought us from Tayrona Square to the Finca. It’s a 15 minutes walk but very nice for a true experience in the nature. Food was good and in the finca the yard is awesome, spectacular plants and such a lovely cat, Musly. Staff is awesome, many thanks to Ruth for food and nice company!

The quietness and the nature surrounding. It takes a little while to get there but it's worth it. Ruth was super nice and kind :)

Water is not included, you have to walk all the way to Plaza Tayrona to get some... And wifi is not great (which we kind of expected in the jungle) but make sure you plan your next move before you get there ;)
