As escadas são muito assustadoras. O material de limpeza está na cozinha todo encostado sem o devido cuidado. A cama faz muito barulho e é muito desconfortável.

"Excelente localização para a Universidade"

É um estabelecimento que vale pela localização, preço e facilidade de acesso à Universidade. No espaço à volta existem várias alternativas para comer e os supermercados não ficam longe. O estacionamento na rua é impossível, mas dá para deixar o carro relativamente perto.

As escadas do prédio são um pouco assustadoras, em especial para quem precisa de subir de noite. É algo que não dá para mudar, mas pode ser bem pensado adquirir luzes com sensores de movimento que possam ajudar a não subir as escadas às escuras.
