Price was under budget.

When we arrived in the room, it was smelling bad. Toilet was very small and unclean. Amenities were not upto the mark. There was no AC, room was smelling bad, wouldn't change room even after multiple requests. THERE WAS NO WATER after few hours, so had to ask them for water bucket everytime. Even hot water geezer wasn't working. Overall, worst hotel experience here. Felt cheated because the booking was non-refundable. Now I understand why the booking was non-refundable, as you see the room in person you'll want to change it asap. Cheating hotel, please stay away from here. Even there rating seems fabricated. This hotel getting 9.1 score is laughable.

Very calm and quiet place. The food beside the restaurant is very good. Night scenic beauty from the Balcony is splendid. The owner's behaviour is very good. He always takes care of all guests. I should suggest that at least one bottle of Package Drinking water should be provided every day. Very neat and clean in every corner of the room , bedsheet and pillow cover every day changes with fresh ones, utensils and other household items are available. The fridge and washing machine are also in good condition for guests uses. I will give 10 out of 10. The only negative point is that homestay is far from the Railway station and Busstand. To catch the Train or Bus in the early morning is a little bit of a problem.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the chef of the filthy restaurant attached to this property whom spoke no English and was extremely unhelpful in the registration process and on top of that they tried to overcharge me for the room which was displaying as 450 on the app, he was asking for 600. The owner later turned up, Barging his way in the bedroom without knocking and telling me I should wear more clothes in the room where no other guests are staying and having just come out of the shower, he was uncouth, disgraceful and disrespectful on many occasions. There was a washing machine in the guesthouse easily accessible so I used it and the power cut and the machine stopped halfway through the cycle and then he came spitting his dummy saying I can't use the machine and demanded I take the sodden clothes out of the machine which obviously are gonna drench the floor and then he proceeded to yell at me for this and then he came in my bedroom again being very aggressive and putting his hands on me and shouting at me to leave whilst recording me on his camera, which I asked him not to do on several occasions. So I packed up and left as I felt very insecure after this wild barrage from a clearly unstable, demented geriatric. By this time it was night, very hot and humid and I had to walk for several km in the middle of nowhere with 20 kg of luggage to reach another accommodation. I would highly recommend avoiding this Unstable homestay and finding somewhere else to unwind in this city. I've never received such appalling treatment in 14 years of travel. Shame on you!
