"Horrific, I’ll never go back"

The linens seem like they’re never washed, the air is heavy with dirt and mould (it triggered my asthma very badly), the entire environment is poor. Staff scream and shout early in the morning, it seemed like more of an accommodation for them rather than paying guests. It was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable as well as extremely dirty everywhere
