Great location , Clean rooms , great staff especially the new one Prem Vaiya he is just awesome in hospitality.

The staff is very slow .

The Ambience and environment, very hygenic and clean, it was a lovely stay. Specially the night manager, Mr. Sharma I'm forgetting the name was awsm very friendly and approachable.

The whole property was smelly giving it a very bad first impression and discomfort. Smell was soo bad that we had to leave the place. 2 cent tip to owner: Isn't it basic hygiene to keep place look and smell fresh? Literally that isn't that big of a task.

They were not changing the sheets after a person uses it , they just make it tidy and done. Also the staff was not supportive. I booked a non AC room dormitory, in which a big hall has multiple beds with just one single fan that rotates very slowly. Also the room has no ventilation. In the bathroom jet spray didn't work, it had dry blood stains on the toilet which was not cleaned. Although written while booking, they have a washing machine for free, but asked for ₹200 for per use of the machine which is just a scam to loot the public.Upon arguing about the use of the machine the staff simply denied. The owner of the dormitory is not present there, he is working some full-time job and refuses to talk to the guest on a call for any complaints and staff is not well mannered. So if you have any problems they won't help. Paying ₹450 for just a bad dormitory was a waste of my money.
