The staff who met us and checked us in were just lovely. Good refrigerator

Tried to double charge us, having charged a nights deposit and at checking tried to charge the full amount without deducting the deposit. My partner suffered the worse insect bites in all south america. He had wrapped his feet in the blanket so we are suspect Toilet and shower shared. Insufficient for the number of people. If a person is showering no one could pee for 40minutes in the morning by my experience

Les gens dorment à même les matelas et les couvertures sont données de personne en personne. Les draps ne sont même pas lavés. Les douches étaient salles. C’est indécent.

Gute Lage, super preiswert & hilfsbereites Personal

Wir haben das Hostel für eine Nacht gebucht und hatten leider Bettwanzen. Entsprechend haben wir dort nicht genächtigt und sind noch in der Nacht umgezogen. An dieser stelle nochmals vielen Dank an das Personal für die Unterstützung! Leider müssen wir sagen, dass die Bettwanzen eigentlich nicht zu übersehen waren und bereits das gesamte Bett eingenommen haben. Da fragt man sich natürlich auch, wie man das überhaupt übersehen kann bei der zimmerreinigung….
