Econunay Hostels

Econunay hostels in Arequipa struck the perfect balance between being chill and social, which can be hard to find in hostels. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making it an easy place to relax. There’s a free breakfast in the morning, and the evening activities on the rooftop are great for meeting people and socialising. It’s centrally located, has a solid kitchen if you want to cook, and a co-working space if you need to get some work done. I stayed in a comfy private room that had everything I needed at a great price. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Arequipa. P.s.. Book a ticket out of Arequipa or you might end up like me keeping on extending because it was that good!

We loved our stay here and kept extending because I was sick. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They constantly cleaned, had some fun events, etc.

Nice hostel, clean central and well equipped kitchen The terrace is also lovely to chill and enjoy the sun coffee or tea always available, nice breakfast

- nice staff, even gave us a cozy blanket because we arrived at 6am, it was very cold and we weren't able to check in at that time - staff answers messages via booking - wasn't a problem to reschedule our stay - I loved the pillow, very nice memory foam pillow - very big private room

- bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but it was okay

Quiet hostel, within 10 minutes walk of main square, beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious

Would not allow use of living areas before check in, no lock on toilet door
