Location, staff, resident dogs

We got a private en suite room. It was terrible. There was mould on one wall, bathroom smelled like sewer when it was raining, light switch was disgustingly dirty, bed sheets didn't look like they were changed, pillow had a smell, blankets also smelled bad. The worst thing of all, during the booking it said there was body soap. There wasn't, and when I asked for one, they gave us a used one and there was hair on it 🤢 We paid almost 1000 reais for only 3 nights and it was worse than many 1 star hotels I stayed (they at least were clean and gave me new soap). It's very expensive for what it is, will never come back. For that price they should include breakfast and towels too...

Location is good. Interior nice. The staff speaks English.

In the dorm is poor ventilation, wet, and the fan does not help, WiFi in dorm also not works, need to go outside the dorm.

The staff was great, specially Osvaldo was supper attentive and always ready to help the guests :) The location is also amazing, super near the water and the nigh out zone! :)

My tent didn't fully close, as well as the mosquito net... The bathrooms were flooded and not very clean. There was no soap for washing the hands or paper to dry the hands. The internet connection also wasn't very good... :(

The location is good! The staff is supler Ok!

I'm not Ok at all this triple bunk beds and this one from Beer hostel are like coffins, it's almost no space to get in the middle and lower one. Cleaning should be done a bit better in the rooms, cos from this hostal beds we could get al of skin disease. They should put minimum some soap at the bathroom, cos no one is travelling with a bottle of soap with him in the backpack. :)) If they will change that bunk beds or make them taller and a bit of mentenance would make this place better.
