La personne à l accueil à été sympathique

Je ne m attendais pas à me retrouver dans une sorte d auberge de jeunesse, cela ne correspondait pas à la fiche sur booking.com. donc j ai été très déçu une fois arrivé dans ma chambre. Dans laquelle on m à donner les draps pour que je fasse moi même mon lit. Je n est jamais vu ça, surtout à ce prix là ! Donc extrêmement déçu

Personnel accueillant et très sympathique, chambre équipée correctement et bien isolée, bon petit déjeuner avec du choix.

Avec de la moquette dans la chambre, ce serait quand même mieux ! 🙂

Lovely staff, nice hostel. I liked the breakfast.

I'm just not keen on bunk beds with no privacy / means to block out light - I knew what I was booking and it was my best option for my short stay, just not my favourite thing. All things weighed up, I'd still stay again though!

Let's start with the wonderful staff who checked me in, sorry I do not have her name, but told her that they should make her the " Mayor of Kortrijk ". It is a large property with an industrial look. Very clean and comfortable. The 4 bed dorm was very large, beds were comfortable and sturdy. I had the cleanest, crispiest sheets given to me which you hardly see in a 4* hotel. 10 minutes walk to the heart of the town. An insider tip, there is free street parking 24h, just on the other side of the rail tracks and going under the small bridge, only a 5 minute walk from the hostel.

Surprisingly it does not have a real common area.

Pas grand chose…

Pratiquement tout… la chambre était sale (présence de bête et beaucoup de saleté). Il faut faire son soit même et loue les essais ce qui est aberrant pour une nuit à 93€. Petit déjeuner vide, simplement du pain, quelque confiture et du choco, une machine à café et à jus. Vraiment limite… Chambre très mal isolée (bruit de train et voiture).
