The distance from train station, the setting of the room and how spacious the lounge and kitchen is. Of course, the breakfast is a huge hit also.

Aside the issue of trying to navigate the front door because it had 2 different codes (but the first top oblong shaped code box is the real one), the other things are cool with me. It took me a while to figure out why the first entrance door was not opening. I was entering the right code in the wrong code system box in the wall 😪😪😪
