Location was convinient

The night shift staff are just there for decoration, rather the one who was there this week. When checking in i was told i can change rooms even at night if i dont feel comfortable. On my last night some guy who seemed like he had been living there for long[he had potatoes, groceries etc in the room] and had been snoring so loud, came to my bed when i was sleeping and said he want to have s**x with me!! I requested for room change and this girl proceeds to tell me i have to pay for another room and did nothing after. I dint sleep after and held a pepper spray till it was morning and i left so fast. I would not recommend really.

"ліжка незручні. буде дуже боліти спина"

Персонал нормальний

Всі ліжка в помешканнях з двоярусними ліжками мають жахливі матраци з великою вм'ятиною , просто ямою посередині. Спиш ніби складений в два. Так як я завжди сплю тільки на животі. то з таким акробатичним прогином спати було просто ніяк не реально. Я доплатила ще 20 злотих (ще половину вартості номера), щоб мене переселили в інший, дорожчий номер, де матраци рівні, без велетенських ям. Друга незручність полягає в тому, що дуже мало душових кабінок і туалетів на кількість гостей і доводиться довго чекати, поки звільниться туалет, чи душ. Третій момент: немає заборони шуміти після 23. В мене було лише 4 год , щоб виспатись після важкої дороги , а двоє поляків в моєму номері дуже голосно говорили, шуміли, гримали дверима, сміялись. я попросила їх бути тихіше, пояснила що маю лише 4 год, щоб поспати, а далі знов важка дорога, але в мене склалось враження, що вони спеціально ще більше починали шуміти щоразу, коли я їх просила бути тихіше, бо "вони тут поляки". Я дуже розчарована.

"Łazienkowy niedostatek"

Pokój i dzielona kuchnia były ok, chociaż w kuchni niewiele sprzętów.

Dostęp do łazienek był bardzo utrudniony, z 3 w jednej nie działał prysznic, osobne toalety poza miejscem z prysznicem tylko dla mężczyzn więc musiałam długo czekać aż ktoś skończy się myć.
