Excellent service

I would recommend mosquito screens on the windows. So hot not to have windows open even with the fan on. This really makes all the difference. I have at my home and is amazing!

Staff were lovely and friendly seemed like nice vibe of people and facilities outside of the room were clean

Steel bed frame meant everytime one of us moved the other woke up. Extremely hot in the room with no air con so we left early hours as we couldn’t sleep. A lot of daddy long legs in the room

"Waihekeを代表するホステル"

バスを降りて180段くらい階段を登ったらすぐホステルがあるので最高の立地。しかもビーチアクセス抜群！チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえるし、シャワーも浴びさせてもらえる！今回で2回目の宿泊ですが、今後もお世話になる予定です。チェックイン時の男性スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで対応もすごく良くて嬉しかったです！

カーテンの隙間から日差しが差し込んで眩しかった。夜中は廊下を歩いてる人の足音が響く。また、部屋のドアに少し隙間があり、光が差し込んで明るかった。

"Waiheke島をより楽しめるホテル"

Ometangiのいい場所にある。 海がよく見え、アクティビティなども行うことができる。 なによりもスタッフの対応が全員素晴らしく気持ちが良い。 ホテルよりもこのスタッフたちと宿泊がしたいためにもう一回行けるレベル。

蚊が多い。 あとはバス停から長い階段を登らなくてはならない。
