Bar playing music right next door to the hotel (hotel owns the bar). No wifi until the last night. Power cuts, very noisey and poor customer service. Do not stay here

Super modern building, no issues with bugs or mosquitoes. In the apartment room I had brand new air con, fridge and shower. WiFi was good We had zero issues with power outages during our stay. This was the first time in the Philippines for us! Eric and Jane were excellent hosts! Karaoke every night in their brand new bar. Delicious homemade liqueurs. We had no issue with noise! This is very rare in the Philippines as usually it's constant noise from roosters. Lovely location. They have scooters available to rent I believe, but we didn't need one They arranged our Kawasan waterfalls canyoneering for us and at the cheapest price I've seen in Moalboal! Jane cooked us a delicious full English breakfast! Baked beansssssss

I've heard that they are installing TVs in the near future in the apartments, that will be perfect

The manager was friendly, the location is good. Beds were comfortable.

1. The manager told us upfront that there was a problem with internet but that it would be fixed the following day. Well it wasn't filxed on Day 2, nor was it fixed on Day 3. Absolutely scandalous! 2. There was a power outage just at the hotel itself in the late evening on Day 2 - all surrounding buildings were fine. Hello, this is Phillippines i.e. A/C is a must. It took them several hours to get it fixed so I could enjoy my sleep again at 1AM. In the morning on Day 3 electricity was out again, which means no A/C and no hot water. I understand things happen, but why should I be inconvenienced big time on my holiday? I will not accept that. Therefore I recommend everyone stay clear of this crappy place

Happy with our stay of 4 nights. Friendly welcome. Located maybe 15 mins walk to the beach through the town. Many restaurants down the road before the beach area. Booked a canyonering tour direct with reception that cost us 2100 pesos per person and was the same price in the town. Worth doing as it was a fun day 9-3pm.

Negatives were noisey from about 6/7am due to birds at our AC unit and kids at the rear of property making noise. Sheet only supplied so could be cold in the night

We had a lovely stay! Staff were super friendly, always greeting us when leaving and coming back. Free coffee. The room was spacious and aircon kept it cool. Only a short walk into town.

Not a problem if you have earplugs but there is a chicken farm or something behind it so the roosters in the morning are quite loud.
