Nice place, clean, great location and friendly staff

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Whatever question i had they tried to help. The location is great right in the middle of the historic centre. Loved it. During carnival it would be the best place to stay

Nothing. Terrible stay

Very dirty, beds were so bad just thin foam mattresses and they didn’t even have proper bed frames, dirt kept falling from the roof onto me. Bathroom has no hot water, no hand soap and rarely had toilet paper. Staff lost my laundry and then tried to charge me more than agreed. Eventually found my clothes. Despite that the staff were nice but it doesn’t feel like a hostel at all. No common area, kitchen or social vibe. Pretty sure it’s the attic of someone’s house.

Good location, live music outside alot

No hot water. Noisy. Dirty and uncomfortable beds. They lock the door at 11pm so you can't stay out late. The refrigerator is in someone's apartment so you don't get free access. No air conditioning or fan. Horrible place.

The location and price are great. You leave the hostel and you are in the middle of the historic area of Salvador where you can easily walk around for hours to check the architecture of old buildings and churches and also eat some street food Friendly staff

It can be noisy if there's any event happening in the Pelourinho We were there during the Olodum festival and you get right in the middle of the concert (which was good for us but if you need a quiet place - to work for example - you should check in advance if there's something happening)

This hostel is really good for the price we pay. It's cheap and right in the center so don't come with expectations for something fancy. We sleep in a same big room under the roof and you can hear the animation outside in the main square which makes the experience immersive. Also the people here are really nice and friendly and helpfull, they were really supportive and helped me a lot when I get robbed. So I think this hostel worth it, for the good vibes in it!
