A localização é muito boa. O ambiente é maravilhoso, bastante agradáve, organizado e muito limpo. Um lugar que vale muito a pena se hospedar pelo custo benefício.

Overall, my stay was very disappointing, and there were several issues that really stood out in a negative way. The shower didn’t have hot water, and the sink barely worked—water only trickled out, so I had to keep adjusting it just to get it to function properly. The room itself was in poor condition. It had an unpleasant smell, and both the bed and sheets were uncomfortable and not clean. The facilities felt rundown overall. I also remember coming back to the room and noticing a large heater, and the lighting wasn’t working properly. We even had to move the heater around and adjust things just to make the space usable. The overall guest experience was also lacking. While a few aspects were okay, there were clear issues that stood out. The internet connection, for example, was weak and unreliable. What affected me the most, however, was an interaction I had during a meeting with a representative from Mona Lisa. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and came across as aggressive and domineering toward me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, while there were a few decent aspects, the negative experiences significantly impacted my stay.
