5 Elements Hotel

The property was in a great location, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable they have everything you need and the price is so cheap compared to others. A must stay also, the owner was a great host and helped us to find a great Taxi service even helped us when we weren’t staying with him in the next town. He also, has a fabulous Mexican Restaurant that is so authentic with delicious food 👍

The Tv didn’t work at all and the owner couldn’t fix it . I think it was the pot internet.

Modern and clean

I experienced my first in my face racism. Examples: 1. I asked a question, the young receptionist refused to look up from her phone, she was playing a card game, she finally shrugged her shoulders and said, "no English?!" Even the most illiterate Vietnamese used Google translate to communicate with me. I used it with her and was ignored. 2. Next day I asked for hot water to take medicine for a persistent cold, she was on her phone, more shrugging shoulders and told no. 3. I asked every staff for the bike promised to me, I was told it would be serviced and ready early 2nd day of 3 days, it would be there. I waited, asked, hardly a grunt from Mobile phone focused staff. No bike. 4. I was told to leave my key card at the desk. A white German girl arrived, suddenly staff were overly helpful, she got a bike, keycard, tips and advice. I feel so disrespected, unappreciated and unwelcome. I always smiled and was the kinder person, but felt belittled. Instead of playing games on phone, utilize it to learn good customer service and use common phrases like, "welcome, can I help you..."

Quy Nhon is a small beach city so the hotel location is nearby and you can go to the beach easily.
