Everything was perfect ! We had a beautiful private bedroom with balcony on the first floor and we loved it here. The vibes are very friendly, the cafe has great food and drinks and the room was great. Really clean, lovely decoration and nice bathroom. Great location, only a few steps from the water with the sardines run and conveniently on the main road with all the shops and restaurants. We also liked that there was a water fountain in the joinery to refill our bottles from the bedroom. The hostel staff is great and they can facilitate drivers anywhere around Cebu island.

The room is very spacious, and 'some' staff are friendly.

When I checked in, two ladies at reception asked where I was from. After I said Brazil, they said something in their language and started laughing at my face.. this was extremely disrespectful. The irony is that the hostel’s values at the reception say be kind, be nice. Honestly, I was really disappointed by this kind of behaviour. I also found the mattress a bit hard and the pillow too high. There were three showers available on my floor: one didn’t have hot water, another had very low water pressure, so only one shower was actually usable. The door doesn't lock from inside and there were people coming inside our room to reach the toilets. Also the tours offered by the hostel are more expensive than local agencies. They charge about 500 pesos more, so keep that in mind before booking.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was heel lekker, gevarieerd en kwalitatief. We vierden hier kerst en hadden een prachtig buffet met lechon, sfeer was heel goed en we hadden een perfecte avond

The team were so friendly and made me feel instantly welcome! The room was a good size and plenty of space to store belongings.
