Nice clean big size room. Good friendly host

Low pressure shower. No mosquito nest.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. About 10 mins by bike from the main tourist area of Moalboal. Ideal location as it’s a lot quieter and away from the hectic main strip. We rented a motorbike for the time we stayed to be able to access the area around but tricycles are also available and cheap to take you around. Drinking water available on site. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

WiFi was awful. Very unreliable going constantly on and off. Made having television in the room pretty useless as streaming was not an option.

Best bang for the buck property so far. Staff are so welcoming and the rooms are so pretty and clean.

Room is spacious and clean, comfortable beds, AC working, refrigerator and freezer working. Filtered water available by the rooms. Price was good for the limited/no amenities.

They recently painted the rooms so the smell was very strong and gave us a headache- windows doesn’t open. Toilet is not working and flushing, needs to pour the pail of water to flush. Used the pail and bucket to shower, shower head not working. No phones in the room, need to go down from 2nd floor to ask for things or if need to complain. Internet shady, didn’t really work. Far from eateries and restaurants. No food or breakfast on site. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap. Limited outlets to charge electronics.

Nicest room I've had in the philippines, soft bed, big room, everything worked. You can rent a scooter from the hotel.

Great value for money, good facilities for the price paid and nothing to complain about. A nice view from the terrace overlooking the mountains, 24h reception, good parking place and away from busy part of town. It is a good place to stay if you have your own transport and if you want more privacy and away from the busy streets. Thank you for the stay! Salamat po!
