The only positive experience during our stay was the young woman who helped us. She was the only staff member who showed kindness and humanity. Thanks to her, we were able to enter the room at 13:30, and she truly saved the situation. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but she deserves recognition for her professionalism and warm attitude.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel, especially with the behavior and attitude of most of the staff. We were traveling with our 8-month-old baby and had informed the property in advance, asking if an early check-in might be possible. The website clearly states that check-in is at 14:00, yet the receptionist told us it was actually from 15:00. We had been waiting since 10:00 in the morning, and her attitude was dismissive, as if we were not guests at all. The room was also not properly cleaned. The dust looked untouched, and the blinds were broken, which made it difficult to open the window. Overall, we felt disrespected as guests and were deeply disappointed with the staff’s attitude.
