Asukoht oli suurepärane, parkimine ja sisenemine oli lihtne. Voodi oli mugav.

Kuna toad on tänava poole, siis müra oli väga suur. Tubades puudus igasugune ventilatsioon ja akent lahti hoida ei saanud siis magades oli väga palav ja umbne. Akendel võiks olla paremad pimendavad kardinad.

Asukoht oli hea, Viljandi keskuses. Sisse-ja väljaregistreerumine oli lahendatud väga mugavalt, koodidega ja võtmekarpidega. Tuba oli hubane. Dušširuumikapis oli isegi föön, kuigi seda mugavuste all mainitud polnud.

Tänavalt kostis liiklusmüra, kuigi see polnud otseselt väga häiriv. Televiisorist ei leidnud tavapäraseid kanaleid- vajaks ehk kasutusjuhendit.
