Von der Lage her, liegt es echt super. Alles per Fuß zu erreichen, sehr zentral.

Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Dünne Schaumstoffmatratzen, kein Lattenrost, sondern Metallstangen. Bei dem einen Bett waren die Stangen teilweise schon kaputt. Somit hat in dem einen Stockbett oben niemand geschlafen. Wir haben die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt. Bei dem Einzelbett war der Lattenrost aus Holz kaputt, deshalb war das auch keine Option darin zu schlafen. Hab versucht an der Einbauküche die Spühlmaschine zu öffnen, ging nicht bzw ich hatte Angst, dass ich die Verkleidung, die schon lose abreiße. Hab die Vermieterin zweimal versucht per Nachricht zu erreichen, aber meine Anfrage wurde nie beantwortet. Hab nur eine Nachricht bekommen wie der Check- in und der Check- out abläuft. Einmal auf Deutsch und einmal auf Englisch. In beiden Nachrichten standen unterschiedliche Infos drin, wieviel die Kurtaxe kostet ( einmal 1,80€ pP und Nacht und einmal 3,50€ pP und Nacht) und Check- out einmal um 10 Uhr und einmal um 10:30 Uhr.

Rooms ceiling to low and beds wasn't comfortable

The appartment is at a relly good place, the olda town is really close to it. You don't have to use public transportation to see the main attractions.

The bed was extremly uncomfortable. The bed frame creaked loudly at the slightest movement, and the mattress was very uncomfortable.The apartment wasn't clean :( The room is as big as on the pictures, it is very small for me and therefore uncomfortable to stay here.

Very central location and close to main sites of Salzburg. Self check in process was very simple.

While there were some positive aspects to our stay including the central location, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The bed was not very comfortable, which made sleeping difficult for us. We also felt the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as it didn’t seem as fresh as expected. Additionally, the towels provided were quite worn, very small (hand towel size) and could be upgraded.
