Розташування готелю - поруч парк

Пліснява в ванній кімнаті, "втомлений" ремонт, брудний килимок у ванній, зламана шафа, неможливість скасування - БУДЬТЕ УВАЖНІ. Якщо заклад позиціонує себе як готель, то хотілось би професійні однакові рушники та постіль. В номері дуже погане освітлення. Моя подруга жалілася на неприємний запах від постільної білизни та рушника, мені пощастило більше. Білизну не просили змінювати - пізно повернулись в готель. Мені важко назвати даний заклад готелем. Дякую
