Gold Star Inn

The room was nice and very clean, the bed was comfortable (the pillows too). There was an aircon with fan and cooling functions so I could always adjust the temperature perfectly. The owners were very nice, always happy to help. The wifi was working well. There is no hot water but I don’t mind it at all in tropical countries :)

Price was right

Spacious clean room, well located with bikes available to rent at premise.

- There is no hot water in the bathroom - it is in the middle of a construction site, you can’t call this a “garden” - Very noisy from main-road and loud karaoke music.

Good value for money. Affordable place to stay, clean, and comfy for a backpacker (stayed in a room with a fan and cold water, which is ok for me). Would definitely book again.

The position is 10min to Tubod Beach. Bed was comfy. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. Its cheaper than others in the same area.

AC was too old and loud to keep on at night. Around the AC there was a gab for insects to come in. There were always mosquitos, spiders, bugs and other insects in the room. The shower is only cold. At night the birds and cocks are very loud. Staff was if there wasn't one. Only thing they said was: this is the room. Do you want to rent motorbike? Didn't explain anything. Never asked if all was ok or if we need cleaning or toilet paper or towels during our 5 night stay.
