Netter Vermieter, Balkon, alles sauber und neue Bewäsche. Parkpkätze mit Glück im Hinterhof (man muss aufpassen dass man nicht zugeparkt wird)

Küchenausstattung könnte erweitert werden, die eine Matratze war bequemer als die andere (sind 2 Matratzen nebeneinander )
