Just the location.

Dirty, sad and lacking any minimum comfort, it should cost half of the price. When I was there they didn't have a guest in the 4 bed dormitory in days and nobody took 5 minutes to clean it. The bathroom had not seen a drop of water in days.... really don't get why the positive reviews. Please book somewhere else, the worst hostel I have ever been to in my life.

It was very accessible and easy to locate.

I actually liked the set up and the location however, there was just an issue with the heater which they have actioned immediately. It was just unfortunate I was not able to thank them personally before I left.

Good location, nice hostess, low price

It was super hot when I was there, there was no AC or fan, and windows where on street side. So inside the room was really hot as well, because when we opened the windows it was really load. As well doors would need some oil.

the location....the private shower....was lovely and quiet

doors were hard to open and close especially the front door! I also would have appreciated the cleaning of the room, especially emtying of the rubbish bin...i stayed 4 nights...

The location was nice, close enough to the Palace Hall, where I needed to go for a concert. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. All in all, the value for money was quite good, I'm giving it an 9/10.

The property could improve a lot on the quality of the mattresses, as they are quite lumpy, not helping on a relaxing good night sleep. Also, they might want to have better quality pillows.

The service was excellent, I was allowed to check in earlier and this was very helpful because I was exhausted. Thank you for your hospitality and good spirit. I will come back.

I could use one socket near the bed so that I can use my phone while lying on the bed. I think it would be very useful!
